Andrew, I would definitely recommend you personally, but I'm still upset by the fact that Napleton had my vehicle for 3 weeks for an actuator. Customer service before I got with you was terrible! Thank you for your personal service though!

Once we were on the same page of what was going on with the vehicle, we were kept advised on the steps that were being taken and updates from the manufacturer's warranty on what was covered and what actually would need to be replaced.

We had a big repair that was a bit complicated and required some back and forth with Kia corporate. We knew going in that it was going to take some time and we would need to be patient. Andrew worked hard to make sure that we stayed informed throughout the process and once everything was approved, they had my son’s car up and running smoothly again within two days. We were highly impressed with the quality of work and the entire process. We will definitely be Kia customers for life solely because of this process.
