The process on getting vehicle repaired was a nightmare. The communication lacked severely. I dropped my car off on 4/30/2026; it was not complete until 6/17/2026. During the time KIA had possession of my vehicle, we asked for a loaner vehicle until the issue was resolved, KIA put out name on a waiting list of 35 people therefore we didn’t receive a loaner until 6/5/2026. I would not wish this experience for anyone. I understand some issues are out of their control however simple weekly communication is would’ve made this experience much better!

Have dealt with Andrew a number of times. He has always been very professional and very helpful. He's explained things in detail when I've had questions or required additional information.

Very friendly and helpful. Andrew kept me from having to get a service completed twice. That alone is appreciated because it shows that he was looking out for the customers interests and not just pushing the sale of a service.
