we had an 1 :P.M. appointment . This was the wrong day to come ,as they had all kinds of auto's lined up . They got her at 2 P.M. , Beth was taking charge I asked them not to pull the rear wheels . She said I needed rear brakes , in which I already knew this, my wife left at 3: 15 P.M. Any other time I would rate your company a 10
