It was great. The GM Mike was great and Brian made sure I stayed with in my budget, very knowledgeable. I was shocked when I was approved for a 2026 vehicle. Very much a blessing and I love everything about it. I will be recommending my friends and family.

We had a great experience with Brian G. He made the buying process really easy. He didn’t hassle us into buying but was very responsive on our inquiry process. In the end it was the 2025 Telluride design and Brian G’s hard work that led us to buying a new car. The deal Kia put on for the 2025 telluride didn’t hurt but it was Brian G that caused us to buy from Napleton Kia of Carmel instead of somewhere else. Also want to give credit to Derek Johnson. He made the financing process easy and fun. You normally can’t say that. Also the service team at Napleton Kia of Carmel is the best led by Matt Rauff. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle and have it serviced by the Napleton Kia of Carmel team.
