Hi, my name is Herschel Thompson-Glenn, and I am an automotive enthusiast eager to serve my customers in the best way possible! As a native of Gary, Indiana, and an Indiana Army National Guard member, I also studied at Wirt-Emerson Visual and Performing Arts Academy and Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne. I joined the auto industry in 2016 and have continued to learn as much as possible to keep my customers well-informed while providing the best service experience! Giving compassion and forwardness is the motto I live by!

Great, had a slow leak in RF tire also needed follow up check on previous service. Had me in and out in 1.5 hours without an appointment though they were busy. Repaired tire and verified previous service worked as predicted. Great all around. DHM

They performed the software update satisfactorily but they did not address my concern of my under-inflated tires. I had asked them to fill them up to the tire specs but that was not done.
