I am a dedicated Service Advisor at Napleton Kia of Carmel with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. My background includes education from local high schools, regional career centers, and college coursework, all of which helped me earn my Master Service Advisor certification. My approach to service is built on empathy and hard work. I truly enjoy helping people navigate their vehicle needs and pride myself on being easy to get along with. I believe in building professional relationships based on trust and clear communication. Outside of the shop, I have a lifelong interest in sports and have enjoyed traveling throughout Europe.
