About Michael
Hello! Michael Terzo here, the General Manager of Napleton KIA Carmel. I specialize in excellent communication, great customer service, and teamwork! It feels incredible to watch our dealership succeed because to do that, our customers must be satisfied with their products and services; our team members should be happy and continuously working to grow in the auto industry, and we need to make a fantastic impression within the community. Those are three things I’m all about: training, assisting, and building community! I grew up in Chicago and graduated from Harlem Ave University. Powerlifting and trying new restaurant foods always make my to-do list. Traveling is another interest, with some places I’ve visited being Rome, Florence, Budapest, Munich, Taormina, and Cologne. I’ve enjoyed giving back to others through organizations like Meals on Wheels, Feed My Starving Children, MS Walk, and more. I believe that leadership begins and ends with being a true team player, and I’m just that!
