Hi! Richard Copenhaver is the name, and I have been with the auto world for 27 years. Every day, I bring charm, confidence, transparency, and a touch of sarcasm to the dealership. Everyone also knows me for my “Johnny Bravo” haircut. If football is the topic of discussion or on-screen, I am rooting for the Indianapolis Colts! As a proud father of twin boys, I work hard to be the person they can depend on and look up to. Golf is one of my top hobbies, and I’ve had the pleasure of traveling to numerous places, including Europe, Mexico, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Hawaii, and the Dominican Republic. Music is another one of my passions. My goal is to provide exceptional service while ensuring our guests find affordable prices to get their vehicles back on the road. The overall experience took far too long for the services provided. It would have been nice to have been told upon check-in if the department was running far behind. It took >3 hours to do a software update, oil change, and alignment. Appreciated the attempt at service recovery with the discount and service credit.
