I’m Ronald Sedam, a Customer Relations Manager who joined the auto business 33 years ago. During that time, I spent seven years as a sales associate, 21 years as a sales manager, and five years as a customer service manager in both sales and service. Regardless of the position or title, honesty, genuineness, and an easygoing attitude is what I bring to every situation. Outside of work, I love being around family and friends. I am a proud husband; my wife, Paula, is an HR Manager for an engineering firm. My two adult children continue to amaze me each day. My son is currently working his way through training to become a union technician. If there’s a football game on, you can find me watching. I am a long-time Colts season ticket holder. Traveling to interesting places and learning about different cultures is something I enjoy. While in the Marine Corps, I traveled to Okinawa and Northern Europe. For eight and a half years, I drove a truck through most states in the US. At the dealership, I’m all about teamwork and going the extra mile to do my part. My goal is excellent customer service across the board! Being in the Top 4 of the District for customer relations feels terrific.
