About Scott
With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, I currently serve as the Service Director at Napleton Kia of Carmel. My approach to leadership is rooted in being fair and empathetic, prioritizing the needs of both my team and our clients. I am genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors is treated with respect. I spent six years living in California, where I attended Hesperia High School and played basketball—an experience that taught me the value of teamwork and discipline. Outside of the shop, my life is centered around my family. I am lucky to be married to my best friend, I have four children, three grandchildren, and two fur babies. When I am not at the dealership, I enjoy traveling—with the Bahamas being a favorite destination—and taking on home restoration and remodeling projects. I find a lot of satisfaction in seeing a project through from start to finish, whether it’s a vehicle repair or a home renovation. I take pride in the work I do and the life I have built here in Indianapolis.
